Test release for Home Assistant HACS.\n\nIncludes:\n- card now refreshes Assist pipeline settings before every text send\n- debug console logs for pipeline selection and Assist pipeline events in custom:openclaw-chat-card\n- legacy and entity-backed OpenClaw Assist pipeline ids are both recognized\n- native Assist streaming fallback remains available via openclaw.send_message if needed\n\nVerification:\n- pytest -q tests/test_conversation_streaming.py\n- node --check custom_components/openclaw/www/openclaw-chat-card.js
