Fixed
- Serialize indexing and deletion per Android device so an in-flight index snapshot cannot restore a file after it is deleted.
- Prevent deletion while indexing is active and prevent a new index from starting during deletion.
- Remove successfully deleted paths from SQLite before releasing the device mutation lock.

Download AndroidEverything-v0.1.5-windows.zip. The package includes AndroidEverything.exe, Android Platform Tools (adb.exe and required DLLs), notices, and the executable checksum.
