Allow organisational accounts on laji.fi

As a biology in consulting company, it would be easier to use an organisational account to save or use data on laji.fi instead of coordinating with multiple accounts and team members to find out who can download or save to data and to which collection.

If this is progressed, several things would need to be done:

• Review whether this would be okay with the agreements that have been done with data providers. If there are organizational accounts, we cannot anymore see or control who can see data via data requests.
• Changing our terms of use, which forbid non-personal accounts.

Group accounts also increase the risk that non-authorized people (e.g. former employees) can access data they should not. Better option would be a group feature, where people have personal accounts but linked to the organization.

We cannot allow organizational accounts, because need to keep track of who can access sensitive data. Safest to maintain the current system
