0.2.16-Hotfix

This hotfix resolves a regression introduced by the latest upstream update that prevented users from signing in.

Fixed a login issue where authentication requests were incorrectly sent to https://localhost, preventing sign-in on Android and iOS.
Restored proper Supabase runtime configuration and backward compatibility with existing environment variables.

If you've signed out and experienced login failures after updating to the previous release, please update to this hotfix.
