The binaries and the VS Code extension are built from the tag. The Python wheels and the source distribution, the same files PyPI serves, are built from 85e7d29, the tag plus one fix: the decl command of the Python package failed on Windows because it asked for a thread stack CPython refuses there.

What's Changed

  • the npm smoke reads the pack report of npm 12 too; the release pins npm to 11 by @luuvish in #9
