What's Changed

fix: auto-bind detected AI session ID to current CLI tab and auto-refresh history list.
fix: selecting a history session now updates existing tab metadata/title instead of opening duplicate restored tab.
fix: after closing a restored session, clicking the same history session can reopen it directly (no need to switch to another session first).

Notes

This release focuses on session/history binding consistency and shell tab behavior.
