bo1-debugger v1.0 (fixed)

Fixed issue #1 by removing -O3 from the compilation (a little worrying that this breaks it but whatever). Also added the standard libs needed by the DLL and EXE so that it can run without mingw installed. Not the best way of fixing this but I can't be bothered to do it properly.

Just dump everything in your game folder (where BlackOps.exe is) for it to work.
