First release of dview — a terminal data file viewer with vim-style navigation.

Supported formats: CSV, TSV, Excel (.xls/.xlsx), Parquet

Key features:

Vim-style keybindings (hjkl, HJKL, gg, G, 0, $, Ctrl+F/B)
Multi-sheet Excel with tab bar ([ / ] to switch)
CJK character support
Dark theme with alternating row backgrounds
Built-in help screen (press ?)
