Changes

Fix Parquet date columns showing blank — Added support for Arrow temporal types (Date32, Date64, Timestamp*, Time*, Duration*) in Parquet files. Date columns now display as YYYY-MM-DD.
New tests — 7 new tests for date/timestamp conversion
Code quality — Fixed clippy lints, formatted with cargo fmt
