TokenBar v1.1.0

Fixed

• Low-quota notifications no longer repeat on every refresh (#1, fixed by #2). Some providers (Factory, OpenCode Go, Notion, OpenCode web, MiniMax without end_time) only report the seconds left until a reset, so the reset time moved by a fraction of a second on each fetch. The alert engine took that as a new period, cleared the notified level and sent the same "low quota" notification again on every refresh. Reset times within 2 minutes of each other now count as the same period, so each threshold fires once per period. Real resets (hours apart) still re-arm the thresholds and send reset notifications as before.

Verify a download with SHA256SUMS.txt. Android APKs are signed with the
TokenBar release key (certificate SHA-256 c04373ec39a24dd04d6f6797ed984be27d172c01fc30833f957845bb5b622d27).

Platform notes

• Windows installers are not code-signed: SmartScreen may warn; choose
  More info > Run anyway. The installer is per-user by default (no admin rights).
• macOS: if the first launch is blocked, right-click the app in
  Applications and choose Open, or run
  xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/TokenBar.app.
• iOS has no Apple signature. It cannot be installed as is: re-sign and
  sideload it with your own Apple ID (AltStore, Sideloadly, ...).
• Linux (x64 and ARM64), iOS and Windows on ARM builds are built by CI but
  have not been tested on real devices yet. Please report problems in the issue tracker.
