LW SEO v1.8.3

Installation

Via Composer:

composer require lwplugins/lw-seo

Manual Installation:

  1. Download lw-seo-1.8.3.zip
  2. Upload to /wp-content/plugins/
  3. Activate in WordPress admin

Fixed

  • A page set as the front page now uses its own SEO title, meta description, canonical URL, social title, description and image, and noindex/nofollow; the homepage title template and description are the fallback. Before, a static front page always got the homepage settings, so its own description and canonical were ignored.
  • With Polylang, each translation of the front page uses its own values, and its default canonical is its own URL (for example /en/) instead of the default language's home page.
  • With Polylang, the XML sitemaps and llms.txt list the content of every language; translations were missing because the queries were limited to the default language.
