v0.3.1
Task Checkpoint Record v0.3.1 fixes version identity in the v0.3 Pi-enabled release. In v0.3.0, task-checkpoint-record --help and some App Server client metadata reported 0.2.0; they now derive 0.3.1 from the package identity. The runtime qualifier also reads the owned source or installed manifest version and rejects invalid metadata before starting a process.
The release retains the self-contained Pi lifecycle extension, recorder/helper bundle, standalone Skill, Codex and Claude client packages. Download task-checkpoint-record-0.3.1-pi-package.tgz for local Pi installation as described in docs/pi-package.md. Four SHA-256 lists cover all 15 release payloads. The release workflow runs the source, package and isolated Pi 0.87.1 host checks. The manifest pins recorder commit 60da73fbca02b6006484b2e122708a64a41d471e and helper commit ace5ab9824fef3d9b157c981a8ac98f47e81eb2d.
This GitHub release does not claim npm registry or Pi catalog publication. The official ChatGPT/Codex Plugins Directory submission remains a later task.
v0.3.0
Task Checkpoint Record v0.3.0 adds a self-contained Pi extension package to the existing recorder, helper, Codex and Claude distribution. The Pi adapter records bounded lifecycle metadata, links native sessions to checkpoint windows and supports local, body-free retrieval. The package includes a CLI, Skill and pinned runtime dependencies.
The release includes source, unified recorder/helper bundle, standalone Skill, Codex and Claude client packages, and task-checkpoint-record-0.3.0-pi-package.tgz. Four SHA-256 lists cover all 15 payloads. The release workflow validated the source and distribution tests, installed the archive in an isolated Pi 0.87.1 host, exercised five lifecycle callbacks and removed the package. The package manifest pins recorder commit c0176b921e4472213ccf3c36f899c0e28b5444e6 and helper commit ace5ab9824fef3d9b157c981a8ac98f47e81eb2d.
Install the downloadable Pi package locally as documented in docs/pi-package.md. This GitHub release does not claim npm registry publication or appearance in the Pi package catalog. The official ChatGPT/Codex Plugins Directory submission is tracked separately.
task-checkpoint-record v0.2.0
Task Checkpoint Record 0.2.0 is the first public self-contained recorder bundle. It stores bounded task windows, provenance pointers, proposals and exact source evidence for recall and handoff. The combined bundle pins Ultrafast ATIF Helper 0.3.0; standalone and bundled Skills, Codex and Claude client plugin artifacts are included. Native Hooks, task binding, service activation and credentials are explicit setup steps.
The optional resident Codex supervisor now follows the latest official stable complete Codex package in its own managed runtime namespace. A new package is checksum, layout, protocol and empty-home handshake qualified before use. Active supervisor/worker cycles keep one selection; failures retain the last verified version and report staleness, while rollback is a held selection. Activated service turns use approval never and danger-full-access; the separate prepared-input API keeps its own default. Worker evidence may use short citation aliases, which resolve only to uniquely issued full references within the worker/run before durable storage.
The archive checksum files cover every release asset. CI passed 257 recorder source tests with no failures, typecheck, package and Skill checks, and image-policy source regressions. An actual official Codex 0.159 complete package qualified on macOS arm64 and Linux amd64/arm64. A bounded two-window live evaluation on synthetic task data completed six native Codex calls, four workers, two proposals and one real OpenRouter Jev Decisions call; independent read-only review accepted its eleven frozen criteria. This small evaluation does not establish broad model quality or cumulative provider billing.
To try the CLI, verify the downloaded SHA256SUMS and task-checkpoint-record-0.2.0-bundle.SHA256SUMS, unpack task-checkpoint-record-0.2.0-bundle.tar.gz, then follow the included docs/installation.md and docs/authentication.md. Provider API keys remain outside the bundle and can be injected at process launch. Real RAW histories stay local unless an owner prepares and explicitly admits synthetic or redacted scoring input.
The multi-architecture image is published as ghcr.io/lwybzss8924d/task-checkpoint-record:current for Linux amd64 and arm64, with immutable index digest sha256:843ef5868ca306be1dee86522e9cd45e1a9867751053b59aef16b24872ef9d23. Image workflow built and smoke-tested each immutable image ID before publishing; the public index and both platform manifests/configs were fetched anonymously and independently checked. Full layer download and an authenticated model run inside the published container were not part of this acceptance. Native master-client Hook adoption is separately verified. These GitHub artifacts and self-hosted marketplace catalogs do not imply a listing in the official ChatGPT/Codex public Plugins Directory.
