Ja3Requests 2.1.1
Ja3Requests 2.1.1
Patch release for transport performance, internal typing and packaging maintenance.
- Remove the fixed 300 ms delay in full TLS 1.2 handshakes while preserving the
authenticated server Finished requirement and existing timeout/failure behavior. - Reuse bounded 64 KiB native-async socket read-ahead across small TLS reads,
retaining cancellation, close wakeups and native-task cleanup. - Add strict internal types for HTTP/2 frames, HPACK Huffman values and
ClientHello inspection. The remaining dynamic protocol internals are not
claimed to be fully type-clean. - Remove obsolete setuptools test-command integration.
Python >=3.7, runtime dependencies, package contents, py.typed, secure defaults
and wire behavior remain unchanged. Local controlled performance comparisons
show improved throughput with increased Python allocation peaks; they do not
establish universal speedups, total connection memory or event-loop latency.
See the measurement report
and changelog.
python -m pip install --upgrade ja3requests==2.1.1Built from commit 07c70955fc35c981867eed029c897e7ba6f8cf1c as sdist, then wheel
from that sdist. Independent installed-wheel acceptance passed 2,151 tests and
112 subtests with 91.06% statement coverage, plus strict installed consumers
and all 39 negative diagnostic markers. Tests use the unit/loopback suite;
legacy manual external-service tests are excluded, matching CI.
All 11 configured CI jobs passed for that exact commit: Python 3.7–3.13 tests
and wheel installation (Tests),
Coverage,
Lint and
Public typing.
All 68 package modules match the commit, sdist, wheel and independent installation.
The two attached files are the same artifacts published to
PyPI.
