SolidJS support

This first-ever tagged release (wow) adds initial support for SolidJS.

Due to the nature of SolidJS requiring babel transforms, I used the html Template Strings for constructing SolidJS components (refer here: https://www.solidjs.com/docs/1.0.0#no-compilation%3F).
