Incompatible Changes:
    * Dishonor all environment variables starting with `DEFAULT_'.
    * Below environment variables were renamed:
        make_target -> MAKEVEB_TARGET
        workdir     -> MAKEVEB_WORKSPACE
        log         -> MAKEVEB_LOG_FILENAME
        pause_when  -> MAKEVEB_PAUSE_WHEN
        interactive -> MAKEVEB_INTERACTIVE_SHELL

New:
    * Control /color with `MAKVEB_COLOR' (set it to 0 to disable).
    * Add /winddk to specify WINDDK_DIR, CCX86DIR, and CCX64DIR.

Improvements:
    * Won't error out if TOOLS_DIR and EWDK_DIR are not defined.
    * Stop checking if TOOLS_DIR and EWDK_DIR are valid.
