🚀 Spam BERT Detector — First Public Release (v0.1.0)

This is the initial stable release of Spam BERT Detector — a flexible, Hugging Face–powered spam/ham classifier that runs from the command line, as a REST API, or inside Docker.

✨ Features

    • CLI: Classify .eml files or raw text directly from the terminal
    • REST API: Lightweight HTTP service with /health, /model, and /classify endpoints
    • Docker: Ready-to-run container images for CI, nightly builds, and tagged releases

  • Model flexibility: Use any Hugging Face text-classification model or a local fine-tuned model.

  • Smart email handling: Automatically splits long emails into overlapping 512-token chunks and aggregates results.

  • .eml parsing: Extracts text from plain or HTML email bodies.

  • Offline mode: Run without internet access using --local-model-dir.

  • One-file deploy: Build standalone executables with PyInstaller.
