0.3.1: glamour v2 + new default width

Charm's Glamour library has been upgraded to v2. We are now using this version. Also, the default wrap width used to be the width of the terminal. We changed it to 64, as it is more comfortable to read.

To get the previous behavior, i.e. terminal width, run:

$ emd -w 0 <file.md>
