Astrocosmos Code of Conduct

This is an anti-capitalist, anti-bigotry project, created by people who are tired of ill-intended organizations and individuals, and would rather not have those around their creations.

We pledge to make our community welcoming, safe, and equitable for all.

We are committed to fostering an environment that respects and promotes the dignity, rights, and contributions of all individuals, regardless of characteristics including race, ethnicity, caste, color, age, physical characteristics, neurodiversity, disability, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, philosophy or religion, national or social origin, socio-economic position, level of education, or other status. The same privileges of participation are extended to everyone who participates in good faith and in accordance with this Covenant.

Eligibility

Interaction in this repository is limited to:

• Individuals working on their own behalf.
• Non-profit organizations.
• Educational institutions.
• Organizations that seek shared profit for all of their members and allow non-members to determine the cost of their labor.

Organizations with owners may participate only where all owners are workers and all workers are owners, with equal equity and/or equal vote.

Participation by law-enforcement or military personnel, or by persons acting on behalf of or under the direction of either, is not permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

You MUST NOT interact with the Project for ill-intentioned reasons. Said reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Bigotry, including racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, antisemitism, or religious intolerance.
• Exploitative content, including pedophilia, zoophilia, or incest.
• Advocacy or support for law enforcement or military organizations.
• Any Blockchain-related technology, including cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
• Generative AI or AI training intended to fully substitute human ability and creativity.

You MUST NOT be directly affiliated with any organization or group that promotes or engages in the prohibited conduct above.

Enforcement

The permissions and commercial rights granted under the LICENSE and CONTRIBUTING will terminate if:

1. You breach any of the Prohibited Conduct
2. You did not fulfill the LICENSE's additional term
3. You attempt to trademark, copyright-claim, or assert legal ownership over the setting, name, or the constructed world.
4. You issue false copyright takedown notices against other community creators building works set within the constructed world.

Upon termination, You will be given certain amount of time to cease the production, distribution, and commercial sale of materials branded with or set within The Project.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to interaction in this repository and its associated project spaces. These includes contributions, discussions, issues, pull requests, documentation, and other project-affiliated activities. Examples of representing a project or community include using an official project e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.
