CodexReviewKit v0.8.0

Add a source installer to build, install, and launch ReviewMonitor with ./scripts/install_review_monitor.py --launch.

Show file reads, searches, and directory listings under their corresponding commands, keeping progress, output, and completion states aligned during concurrent operations.
Show cancellation reasons in review details and the sidebar, including when reopening saved reviews.

Fix findings from current Codex review output being incorrectly classified as “no findings.” Support file locations formatted as inline code or Markdown links, and reprocess saved review history.
Fix missing progress messages, reasoning summaries, and command output during reviews.
Fix review process termination disabling history persistence.
Fix completed MCP reviews waiting indefinitely for backend cleanup, and prevent responses from being interrupted during server shutdown.

review_start now waits up to 540 seconds for every client. If the response indicates that the review is still running, call review_await with the returned jobId. The review continues in the background.
