Patch Changes

  • Skip LynxConfigWebpackPlugin when the caller is Rstest, so withLynxConfig() no longer fails with "No LynxTemplatePlugin exposed" in a config that uses pluginLynxConfig. The Lynx config is still exposed to the other plugins. (#3976)
