Patch Changes

• Fix dev.assetPrefix set by another plugin being replaced with the dev server address. It was resolved from the original user config only, so a plugin pointing the Lynx client at a proxy or a tunnel had its value silently discarded. (#3897)

• Turn Rsbuild's lazy compilation off for a Lynx build, which cannot run the proxy module it serves in place of a dynamic import. (#3843)

  Apply the dev plugin to rsbuild preview as well, so it prints the bundle URLs and resolves dev.assetPrefix to an address a device can reach. Rspeedy never needed this because it initializes its plugins before the action is known, which leaves the plugin's apply filter out of the picture.

• Fix the CSS output defaults overwriting the values another plugin had already set. output.distPath.css, output.filename.css and output.legalComments were merged per environment at the default hook order, so under the Rspeedy CLI, where pluginLynx is applied after user plugins, a plugin's value was silently discarded. • Use the active Rsbuild environments and their resolved entries when printing dev server URLs. This fixes startup failures when --environment excludes an environment declared in the configuration. (#3901)

• Fix the CSS source map default overwriting the value another plugin had already set. output.sourceMap.css was enabled per environment at the default hook order, so under the Rspeedy CLI, where pluginLynx is applied after user plugins, a plugin's value was silently discarded. (#3866)
