PRISM 0.6.0 publishes the common standard/LH2 mode launcher and portable research integration package under MIT.

Validation: 154 portable tests; extracted source-distribution tests; strict package metadata checks; public-index installation, mode description and 16-event literature-frequency example. The PyPI workflow passed.
External process, dispersion, pool and legacy consequence engines are required for numerical physics and are not redistributed. Complete facility annual LH2 IR/F-N, field validation and fresh-physics 1 Hz performance remain incomplete or unverified. This software DOI is not a journal publication or certification.
Attached wheel and source distribution are byte-identical to the published PyPI files. The full tracked source ZIP includes the launcher, examples, documentation and test sources.
