The application can generate numerical tables after at least one epoch has been completed.
Use the Generate Table button in the sidebar.
The modal contains three tabs:
ForwardBackwardParameters
Each tab includes a Download CSV button.
The forward table records the values computed during the forward pass.
Typical columns for a 2,2,1 network:
epoch, x1, x2, y, z_h1, h1, z_h2, h2, z_y, y_hat, loss, class
The backward table records weight gradients by epoch.
Example columns:
epoch, grad_w1, grad_w2, grad_w3, grad_w4, grad_w5, grad_w6
The number of gradient columns depends on the number of connections in the network.
The parameter table shows how weights, biases, activations, and average gradient magnitude evolve over time.
Example rows:
w1
w2
b1
h1
y_hat
grad_mean
Example columns:
Parameter, Initial, Epoch_1, Epoch_2, Epoch_3
The exported CSV files are:
forward_pass.csvbackward_gradients.csvparameter_evolution.csv
