Nothing in MeshCue itself changes in this release. It moves the README forward
so that the page people land on shows what MeshCue is for.

The README now opens with a 43-second film: a review held in words that goes in
circles, then the same review done by pointing -- lettered pins, a painted
plate, the agent reading positions, echoing what it understood, and publishing
the next version while the old one keeps its marks. It is an animation,
rendered from code with Remotion, and the drone frame in it was made for the
film. The recording under it is still the application itself. A vertical
Chinese cut is in the announcement, discussion #9.

The roadmap is on the front page as well: 1.4 carries what the reviewer means
to the agent -- which way was up on their screen, a short note on a mark, a
measurement attached to one; 1.5 opens every valid GLB as its author made it;
1.6 shows a GLB as intended -- animation poses, LOD sets, material variants;
1.7 adds review aids for game assets; 2.0 plays animation. They are plans, not
promises, and the order can change as people use it.

If 1.3.1 is installed there is nothing to update for: the code is the same.
