Chronophoto turns movement from a video or photo stack into a single layered image. Drop in your source, select the part you want, tune the mask, and export.

Download and run

Windows

Download Chronophoto-Windows-x64-Setup.exe for the easiest installation. If you prefer not to install anything, download Chronophoto-Windows-x64.zip, extract it, and run Chronophoto.exe.

macOS

  • Apple silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4): Chronophoto-macOS-arm64.dmg
  • Intel Mac: Chronophoto-macOS-x64.dmg

ZIP versions are included as alternatives.

Linux

Download Chronophoto-Linux-x86_64.AppImage, make it executable, and run it.

Important: unsigned first release

These first-release applications are not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen, macOS Gatekeeper, or Linux may show a security warning. Signing and notarization are tracked separately in issues #1, #2, and #3.

Use SHA256SUMS.txt to verify downloaded files.
