saikai 0.2.2 — fix PyPI project-page links

Fixed

• PyPI project-page demo images and repository-document links now use absolute GitHub URLs.
• Japanese README, license, changelog, contribution guide, security policy, and third-party notices now open correctly from PyPI.
• Removed the redundant "on by default" qualifier from the PyPI summary.
