Omega Centaur 2.0.0
Omega Centaur 2.0.0 builds on the original rotating globe.
What's new
- Search titles, aliases, and groups; turn the globe toward a result or open its note directly.
- Capture ideas into Omega Inbox, place notes in a Map of Content with a picker or drag and drop, and undo the latest placement.
- Keep manually moved nodes in place across refreshes and restarts. New and changed notes update the globe without reopening it.
- Use the right-hand group list to navigate the globe, then clear the selection to resume rotation.
Review notes
- The whole-vault globe uses
vault.getMarkdownFiles()to list Markdown note paths for nodes, links, search, MOCs, and Inbox. It uses Obsidian's metadata cache for links and properties, and reads MOC note text for parent breadcrumbs. It does not usegetFiles()to enumerate attachments. Folder exclusions are applied after Markdown paths are listed; they control display and performance, not file access. Graph data stays local. See the README for details. - GitHub Actions validates the release and attests
main.js,styles.css, andmanifest.jsonbefore attaching those three files. To verify a downloaded asset, rungh attestation verify main.js -R m-spectral/omega-centaur(and repeat for the other assets).
