Redesigned footer controls:

• Reset is now a full-width pill button — muted when inactive, darker gray with white text when a time offset is set
• Add, Settings, and Quit moved to their own row, evenly spaced with matching text/size/color
• Quit button gains a power icon; Settings gains a visible label
• All four footer buttons now highlight on hover
