• Fix "Last tested" display — now updates in real time instead of always showing "just now"
• Centered UI layout — title, status text, and settings are now centered for a cleaner look
• Remove spinner — the button text already indicates when a test is running
• Move status below test button — "Last tested" / testing phase text appears right under the action button
• Menu bar improvements — status text before arrows when no data, better vertical centering, system-matching text opacity
• Skip unchecked directions — speed tests only run for directions shown in the menu bar
