Added

  • CRT filter -- a selectable retro CRT overlay effect. Toggle it from the in-game settings menu. Thanks to @andrewmsprague for the idea.
  • HUD auto-hide -- the HUD strip slides away when idle and returns on interaction (touch-compatible). Toggle it from settings.
  • In-app background picker -- switch the background live from the settings menu (starfield, nebula, outrun, dark, or a custom image), with a sky-preset submenu for the starfield. Your pick is remembered per-browser; the compose/env values remain the default, so existing deployments are unchanged.
  • outrun background -- an animated synthwave scene. Pairs well with the CRT filter.

  • dark background -- now renders true black instead of the previous dark grey.
