Disable fixed Jmeter arguments

This is a fork of QAInsight's 5.6.2 which does one thing: comment out the fixed command line arguments.

Why? Specifically, this enables the creation of html reports using this format:

jmeter -g <result-file> -o <html-path>

This is not currently possible because the fixed -n arg conflicts with -g:

Error: Incompatible options --n/--nongui and -g/--reportonly found.
