Multiple fixes and additions

  • Linux fullrunner now has fully working pacman out of the box
  • Environmental overrides and commands
  • Brand new core/builder wrapper for prefetching dependencies

Builder pattern example:

During build stage go will be installed and environment with HELLO=WORLD will be printed
