everwrite 1.1.0

The checker gains new rules from the 2026-10-17 refresh: newer-model phrase tells, a closer category and uniform sentence rhythm. The dash tell is retired, and the skill points to vale-ai-tells and slopless for CI linting. The description now loads the skill for short emails and messages.
