  • The directory wants every package a launcher runs pinned: the docs now pass OLDEST_NODE an exact version (20.20.2; the template already accepted one, and a bare major still works), and show npx -p typescript@7.0.2 and npx skills@1.7.0. The README's Privacy section lists every route the skill and script use. The long decision file name broke Windows clones under deep paths (Filename too long). 0.9.1 also carries C-20261003-1 and C-20261004-1.
