This release contains mostly documentation improvements and few minor fixes.

  • Fixed London transaction signing (Parity value was using EIP155 logic, while London transactions drops this logic)
  • Steps towards making documentation better
  • Cosmetic improvements to code
  • Fixed AbstractAbiValue::_toString() issues
  • Gas estimator will now default to 1 WEI of tip if there is no transactions on chain to get the avarage from. This fixes issue on IDLE chains where there is no transactions in past few blocks, which makes RPC reject transaction with error that tip is greater than base cap. This happenes on private EIP1559-enabled test/devnets.
