This is a new release of the adapted version of PuTTY v0.85 for mRemoteNG,
signed with a Certum certificate (safe to run in any Windows environment).
We fixed several parts of the patching process and finally removed the CMD step completely. The build process has also been updated to use the latest Visual Studio, and now everything is handled by a single PowerShell script.
