New Tools

  • create_sequence_diagram — Generate UML-style sequence diagrams with participants, lifelines, and messages
  • import_mermaid_flowchart — Parse Mermaid flowchart syntax and convert to Excalidraw

Flowchart Enhancements

  • Node shapes — diamond for decisions, ellipse for start/end
  • Edge labels — Arrow labels with Excalidraw containerId binding
  • Dashed/dotted arrows — style: "dashed" or "dotted" on edges
  • Bidirectional arrows — bidirectional: true for two-way connections
  • Multi-line labels — \n in labels auto-expands node height
  • Node groups — group field creates visual frame rectangles around related nodes

Colors

  • 30+ tech-specific brand colors — Use redis, postgres, kafka, docker, kubernetes, react, python, aws, etc. as color names
