Mobile and PWA improvements, plus reliability fixes for Microsoft accounts and categorization.

New

• Open emails straight from notifications — tapping a push notification now opens that specific email instead of just the inbox. Reliable on Android and desktop, and on iOS when the app is backgrounded. (A full cold launch on iOS still opens the inbox — an Apple platform limitation.)
• Use MailFlow for mailto: links (#239) — MailFlow can register as your default email app. Installed as a PWA on Chrome/Edge/Android it's offered automatically; in Firefox and non-installed Chromium, use the new Default email app button in Settings. Clicking a mailto: link then opens a pre-filled compose window. (Not available on iOS/Safari, which don't support protocol handlers.)
• Custom AI actions on mobile (#226) — your saved AI actions now appear in the mobile "more" (⋯) menu alongside Summarize.

Fixed

• Reading-pane menus getting stuck open — the more (⋯), reply, AI, and move-to-folder menus, plus the row right-click menu, can now always be dismissed by tapping elsewhere, including on the email body.
• Microsoft accounts disconnecting after ~1 hour — device-code / public-client OAuth setups no longer break on the first token refresh.
• Misleading Outlook.com / Hotmail message (#216) — corrected the warning that claimed IMAP was impossible for personal Microsoft accounts. They're supported via OAuth2 under Integrations → Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com.

Improved

• Emails opened from a notification are now marked read, matching a normal open.
• Clearer categorization settings (#240) — the domain list only affects the Social category; Newsletter, Promotion, and Automated are detected automatically from email headers.
