Documentation for the images: section of purgetss/config.cjs.

What changed

• Documented where the output sizes come from: sources in purgetss/images/ are 4x masters, so a 1024px file yields 256 (mdpi/@1x), 384 (hdpi), 512 (xhdpi/@2x), 768 (xxhdpi/@3x) and 1024 (xxxhdpi). There is no width key because the source's own pixels decide it; SVGs are pinned in files.
• Documented that the section rejects unknown keys instead of ignoring them, with the error output, why a silently ignored qualty: 95 is indistinguishable from the default, and why width, opacity, padding and output are named as errors rather than dropped.
• Corrected the quality comment: it reaches webp, jpeg, avif and tiff; PNG and GIF ignore it.
• Completed the images: block in the configuring guide, which was missing autoSync and files.
• Recorded the homepage release-window rule in the project notes: the homepage carries exactly the three most recent published releases, while the full changelog keeps the whole history.

Note: the key validation and the generated comment block ship in an upcoming PurgeTSS release; the latest published version is 7.16.2.
