Downloadable APK for trying Budget Pilot without building from source.

  • Sideload on Android 8.0+ (minSdk 26). You'll need to allow "install from unknown sources".
  • No Gemini API key is bundled, so cloud extraction and Ask will show a graceful "no API key" state — on-device OCR, manual entry, budgets, history, and charts all work out of the box.
  • Settings -> Demo -> Load demo data seeds ~2 months of realistic expenses/budgets/insights in one tap (enabled in this build specifically so visitors don't need Android Studio to see the app populated).
