Tips for Adding Structural Support to parts

• Increase infill from 20%
• Hex pattern infill is strongest
• Increase perimeters (from 2 to 4 or more) to add support for heat-set inserts.

Layer Shifting:

Check the pulleys. The entire machine is under constant vibration, so screws will loosen at some point. Pulley set screws should be tight. Each pulley has two set screws. One must be screwed down onto the flat part of the shaft because the normal force of the screw on a round part of the shaft is not enough to prevent the screw from wiggling.
