First tagged release.

Sync GPUStack model folders across cluster nodes via Syncthing, driven from a
small model×node matrix UI: tick which models live on which nodes, hit Apply.
The orchestrator wires Syncthing shares master→replica, registers finished syncs
back into GPUStack, deregisters removed copies, and recovers stuck folders. An
optional Tampermonkey userscript embeds the matrix into the GPUStack dashboard.

Container image (multi-arch: amd64 + arm64):

Deploy with docker-compose.yml (single host / per worker) or k8s.yaml
