Changed

• The contributor pin on the sibling resembl checkout is v3.1.1.
  RESEMBL_REF / RESEMBL_SHA, the uv-env action defaults, uv.lock and
  the bootstrap docs moved together, so make setup and uv sync --locked
  accept a ../resembl at the current release.
• The packaged agent skills carry no em dashes, in SKILL.md or the
  references; a project's rendered copy picks the rewording up on its next
  rebrew init.
• docs/mascot.png has a transparent background, so the README mascot no
  longer sits in a white tile on a dark page.

Fixed

• A corrupt function_structure.json names its full path, and a
  FunctionEntry row without va or size lists the keys it has. The
  structure error printed only the file name, which every target's copy
  shares; the entry error gave no hint what the row held.
