Trakkr Agent Plugin 1.0.1

Patch release for reliable validation in a normal Git clone.

The validator now excludes .git metadata from plugin payload checks and includes a regression test for executable Git sample hooks. The plugin manifest, hosted MCP endpoint, four skills, permissions, and runtime behavior are unchanged.
