DQB2 Save Manager v1.2 C# Acceleration, Timestamps, and UI improvements

This release brings major performance improvements and layout fixes.

⚡ Performance

• 100x Faster Image Loading: Replaced the legacy PowerShell image extractor with a compiled C# accelerator. Previews now load instantly.

✨ New Features

• Save Timestamps: Backups now display the date and time they were created (e.g., Jan 03, 2026 @ 1:16 PM).
• Open Save Folder: Added a dedicated button to instantly open your local save directory in File Explorer.
• Visual Feedback: Added wait cursors during backup/restore operations so you know the app is working.

🔧 Bug Fixes & Layout

• Window Resizing: Increased the main window height to prevent the "Restore" buttons from being cut off.
• Formatted Dates: Improved the readability of timestamp entries in the Archive list.
