fix(desktop): compile CEF callback on release hotfix

The v2026.10.22.0 macOS build fails because the CEF Tauri fork expects a second termination callback argument. Apply the merged callback fix to that release source while avoiding later native signing changes that require a missing provisioning-profile secret.
