## Change notes
- Organic Scoring:
- Runs concurrently with benchmarking tasks;
- Incoming requests are received by validators via served axon;
- Miner's responses are rewarded based on Relevance and Rouge;
- Set weights for organic scoring is disabled;
- In order to fully run Organic Scoring, validators should log in to the
HuggingFace and accept LMSys Chat License Agreement;
- Synthetic organic dataset is optional, if it failed to fetch HuggingFace data.
- New dependency package: organic-scoring;
- Fix Wiki package errors;
- Restart validator on Bittensor error (`get_block`);
- Documentation improvements;
- Other minor fixes.
