P2P Validation Security Update

This release hardens P2P validation against data inflation and Reddit URL duplication. Validators now verify declared entity sizes against actual content, sample using actual bytes, normalize Reddit URL identities, and perform a one-time reset of legacy P2P scores and credibility. S3 and on-demand scores are unaffected.
