Fixes

• Packaging: runtime dependencies are now declared. In 1.0.0 the [project.urls] table preceded the dependencies array in pyproject.toml, so TOML parsed the dependencies under project.urls and the published wheel declared none. A fresh pip install enigma-console now pulls hid, pyusb, and python-socketio[asyncio_client] as intended. Users of 1.0.0 should upgrade.
• gpro_daemon: recover HID handles across USB re-enumeration. The daemon previously reopened its RGB and keyboard interfaces only on a sleep/wake power event. A mid-session USB re-enumeration (hub cycle, hot replug) left it holding a stale handle at the old path, so the keyboard stayed in its default rainbow LED mode until a restart. A device-watcher thread now detects the vanished path and drives a close/reopen in the owning worker, restoring cached LED state after the replug.
• DisplayManager: recover from a wedged socket.io client on cold-boot retries. When the host started before a display server was reachable, the first connect failed and left the client half-initialized, so retries on the same instance never recovered. Each attempt now builds a fresh client and tears the old one down, and publish bookkeeping only advances after a successful emit.
