Added

  • drupal-commerce-9-to-10 skill — Commerce D9→D10 upgrade expertise with a phase-structured runbook and deterministic recovery recipes grounded in real production upgrade experience.

    Blocker recipes cover:

    • __PHP_Incomplete_Class in DefaultTableMapping (corrupt entity.definitions.installed / commerce_payment_method.field_storage_definitions rows)
    • commerce_stripe_update_8102 — duplicate stripe_customer_id column
    • commerce_stripe_update_8104 — Undefined array key "method_id" / getType() on null, with a required follow-up checklist before production rollout (treats the skip as a last-resort workaround, not a default answer)
    • dblog_update_10100 — MySQL server has gone away during ALTER TABLE watchdog; pm:uninstall dblog as primary recovery, watchdog pruning as a secondary path
    • Orphaned system.schema entries

Schema version overrides use integer serialization (i:N;), not the brittle hand-written PHP string format (s:L:"N";), and prefer \Drupal::keyValue('system.schema')->set() to avoid the length-prefix footgun entirely.

Known limitations

The migration-module-group audit (Phase 1) and post-update migration-group integrity check (Phase 3) in drupal-commerce-9-to-10 have not been validated against a real D7-to-D10 Commerce migration. Tracked in #16. Contributions welcome.
